How to integrate this chatroom in your Vue 3 page

What is the purpose of this chatroom?

I want to make a free, central chatroom for all Vue d'Esprit sites - one small site doesn't have enough traffic for a chat room, so I thought, why don't I make a chatroom for all Vue sites?

How to add the chatroom to your site, if it uses NO frames:

Just add the following link somewhere at your homepage:
URL: http://www.wagner-hubert.de/chat.htm
Caption: Vue d'Esprit Chatroom
Then, send me a e-mail including your homepage URL. Add a 140x105 banner to link back to your Homepage.

How to add the chatroom if your site USES frames:

Just add the following link somewhere at your homepage:
URL: http://www.wagner-hubert.de/chatmain.htm
Caption: Vue d'Esprit Chatroom
Set the target to the main frame, and that's all. You don't need to email me, but that would be nice.
